SIMPLE REGISTRATION PROCESS

Aaruexx DocPro Professional Account requires registration with doctor details and KYC. Registration is free of cost; to proceed, simply fill the form below and submit. The Aaruexx CRM team will guide you to complete basic formalities and activate your Professional Account in minutes.

TYPES OF PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTS

Aaruexx UDHP Platform offers 5 custom options for Doctors.

I. DocPro BASIC

DocPro BASIC account gives you visibility of the Aaruexx 4ME patients mobile App on Doctor search feature. Your Name and Specialty and Primary Place of Practice will be visible to patients on the App and Platform portals.

II. DocPro PLUS

DocPro PLUS Account includes priority listing with a detailed Doctors Public Profile with photo and details of your professional profile. The Plus membership is available to doctors working in Medical Institutions, like Medical Centres, Hospitals and Large Group Practices. You can request upgrade to Plus through your DocPro Account to link to your Medical Institution where you practice. Your DocPro App will be linked through the Aaruexx Provider Web Portal deployed in that Medical Institution. You will be able to manage appointments, referrals, and view your patient reports within 7 days of consultation, claim status and interact and reply to queries from insurance department, TPA and patients on related matters.

III. DocPro PREMIUM

DocPro PREMIUM Account allows Doctors to connect their Clinic to the Aaruexx Provider Web Portal. This allows Doctors to manage their own clinic, setup their reception staff and nurses along with the full features of the DocPro Mobile App. The Web Portal is installed in the clinic desktop or laptop computers, and allows ADMIN access to doctors to setup all clinical services on the portal including EMR, billing and insurance network. This enables the advanced features like the Smart EMR, Auto Claim, Referral generations, TPA integration and more. This package is ideally suitable for Single Doctor Clinics, Small Centers with 2-5 doctors and small staff team.

Aaruexx DocPro App is only for Medical Professionals designed to manage their practice on the mobile app.

CREATE PROFESSIONAL PROFILE: Create your unique Professional Profile once you register and set up your Aaruexx Professional Account, and transform your practice with the latest IT and Digital Healthcare Technology to manage your Appointments, receive Referrals, view patient reports and more; giving the best value to your time and expertise.

FREE DOCTORS LISTING: Get unhindered visibility for your Practice and Professional Profile, whether you practice in a clinic, medical centre or hospital. Your Professional profile is accessible for all patients on the Aaruexx 4ME App. Create a full professional public profile with your Photograph, Name, Qualification, Experience and Expertise, Areas of interest, location, address, specialization, timings and facilities to be listed on the App. Listed Doctors are known to get more appointments from new patients and your visibility and online views result in increase patient flow.

APPOINTMENTS: Receive Appointment requests, confirm requests and manage your schedule. Your DocPro App will help track your appointment listing and plan your holidays and availability seamlessly.

MANAGE YOUR PATIENTS: View medical visit details and investigation reports on the App. This feature is the unique and never before have doctors been so up to date about their patient’s condition.

CLAIM STATUS: Monitor your claims and provide clarifications from your DocPro App. Your claims are generated and approved instantly, and your clarifications can help get claim approvals faster enabling early payments. Doctors can communicate with their hospital or the Insurance/ TPA or the Corporate employer through the App to clarify and complete administrative tasks with ease.

REFERRALS (Inward & Outward): Receive referrals from colleagues on the App, accept and confirm the patient appointment. If you are Specialised or Super Specialised in your field, referrals can be your important source of patient flow.

AARUEXX ECOSYSTEM: The DocPro App connects you to your hospital or medical facility through the Aaruexx Provider Web Portal. The combination of the App and Portal will synergize the strengths of the total Platform.
