SIMPLE REGISTRATION PROCESS

Aaruexx DocPro Professional Account requires registration with doctor details and KYC. Registration is free of cost; to proceed, simply fill the form below and submit. The Aaruexx CRM team will guide you to complete basic formalities and activate your Professional Account in minutes.

TYPES OF PROFESSIONAL ACCOUNTS

Aaruexx UDHP Platform offers 5 custom options for Doctors.

I. DocPro BASIC

DocPro BASIC account gives you visibility of the Aaruexx 4ME patients mobile App on Doctor search feature. Your Name and Specialty and Primary Place of Practice will be visible to patients on the App and Platform portals.

II. DocPro PLUS

DocPro PLUS account includes priority listing with a detailed Doctors Public Profile with photo and details of your professional profile. You will have online appointment and inward referral features, that allow Patients to fix appointments online and other doctors can refer patients to you through the DocPro App. Online payments and Insurance details will be available.

III. DocPro PREMIUM

DocPro PREMIUM subscription allows Doctors to connect their Clinic to the Aaruexx UDHP Integrated Platform. This allows Doctors to access to the Aaruexx Provider Portal (Web Portals) setup for their reception staff and nurse along with the full features of the DocPro Mobile App. The Web Portal is installed in the clinic desktop or laptop computers, and allows ADMIN access to doctors to setup all clinical services on the portal including EMR, billing and insurance network. This enables the advanced features like the Smart EMR, Auto Claim, Referral generations, TPA integration and more. This package is ideally suitable for Single Doctor Clinics, Small Centers with 2-5 doctors and small staff team.

IV. DocPro ENTERPRISE

DocPro ENTERPRISE subscription allows Doctors to integrate their DocPro Account with their Health facility through the Aaruexx UDHP Integrated Platform. This allows Doctors to access to the Aaruexx Provider Portal (Web Portals), to conduct Patient Consultation Process and use the Smart EMR to complete their medical records and order entries, generate automated claims and referrals, issue prescriptions, receive reports and sanction sick leaves; with an Integrate interface with TPA and Corporate Client Portals managed by the Admin. The Web Portal software is installed in the Hospital/Clinic/Medical Center Computer network, which allows access to departments like the Reception, Billing, Insurance, Nurse, Medical Laboratory, Radiology etc.. facilitating all the doctors practice activities documented on the web portal and monitored on the DocPro App. The enterprise integration activates the full features available on the DocPro Mobile App. Doctors can view medical reports and prescription orders and ensure patient care continuum and claim approval from their mobile device .

V. DocPro Virtual Doctor

The Aaruexx UDHP Platform ecosystem provides dedicated Tele Health accounts for doctors. Patients who choose virtual consultation, on the Aaruexx 4ME patient app, can connect with you instantly, pay their fees online, and have a seamless virtual consultation experience, with HD video and voice interface, complete transcript of interaction, report upload and integration of EMR file into patient's health records.
